Questions
Does it renew automatically? No. Packages are prepaid for 30 days. We email you 3 days before the end so you can renew.
What happens when a package ends? Your newest listings above the free 10 are paused. Renew and they go live again straight away.
Can I change package? Yes — a new package starts immediately and replaces the old one (unused days are not credited).
Refunds? Package and boost fees are non-refundable once they start, and paying does not guarantee enquiries, sales or approval of a listing. See the terms.
