Delete your iAd Properties account

You can delete your iAd Properties account at any time, from the iAd Properties app or from the website. You don't need to contact us.

In the iAd Properties app (Android and iPhone)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap Account → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete my account.

On the website

1. Sign in at iadproperties.co.zw.
2. Open Manage Account and scroll to Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and click Delete my account.

Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll do it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, photo and password
• Your listings, saved listings and Property Wanted requests
• Your verification documents and payout details
• Your sign-ins on all your devices

What we keep

• Booking and payment records, without your name, because the law requires us to keep financial records
• Messages you sent to other people stay in their inbox, shown as from "Deleted user"

You can't delete your account while you have an upcoming stay (as a guest or a host) or while money is still owed to you or by you. Finish or cancel those first. Deleting your account can't be undone.
