Agents
EAC registration number, EAC certificate and national ID. Required before listing. Badge: EAC Verified.
Real estate companies & developers
Company name, registration number, office address, EAC certificate (agencies) or company registration certificate (developers), and a director's ID. Required before listing. Badge: Verified Company.
Private owners
Your national ID once, plus proof of ownership for each property (title deed, lease agreement or council rates bill). Required before listing. Badge: Owner-verified.
Accommodation hosts
ID plus business licence or ZTA registration if you have one. Optional. Badge: Verified Host.
Documents: PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB each and 5 per request. They are stored privately and only our verification team can open them.
